Introduction
Leadership is one of the fastest growing industries globally. On the contrary, other demands that if the leaders develop the efforts without scientifically evaluating, then there are risks of the efforts may not deliver fruitful outcomes or even provide negative and unintended results. Hence, it is through leadership coaching which consists of a professional coach and an aspiring leader who emphasizes in fostering the awareness of the clients, helps in making sustained changes and ultimately success (Joo, 2005). Therefore, the desired results of the leadership coaching are sustained changes in the behaviors of the leaders enhancing the performance and helping them towards a long-term career success (Taylor, S., Passarelli, A., & Van Oosten, E. 2019). Further, the sustained changes can take two months to eight months for building a new and moderate attitude of a leader. Hence, it is leadership power where an individual has the ability to influence or make changes in the values, attitudes, beliefs of the people in the organizations. There is a transformation necessary in the operating system of the organization in which I work. Being a leader of the technology department, it is essential to plan and present the roles and responsibilities which needs to be executed by the employees for allowing smooth changes in the operating system. Further, the administration of the technology necessitates innovation which is essential for the development and upgradation of the company (Openstax, 2022). Hence, it is only due to innovations by leaders by implementing new technologies which have helped in the emergence of innovative organizational edifices and the modern way of performing tasks. Hence, it is through newness in the operating system which will help my organization to perform well in the future. Thus, the various roles and responsibilities which needs to be allocated to the various employees for implementing changes in the company operating system will be discussed in details.

As a leader, my duty is to be an effective leader who can

It is by application of self-determining theory (SDT) which helps to assume that the individuals seek in integrating their experience and act in creating a coherent self. Further, it is intrinsic motivation which is self-regulated and the other forms of motivation will be external which is through pay and recognition of the employees (Deci et al., 2017). Further, it is leader-followers trusts which is essential for undergoing a transformation with respect to the operating system of the organization through transformational style of leadership (Kouzes J., & Posner, B. 2019). The roles that will be allocated to the following employees as a leader is detailed below.
Change Manager: The main responsibility of the change manager will be managing the transformation queue. Further, the change manager must ensure that changes must be done efficiently with minimum risks such as loss of data. The change manager will encourage changes and motivate the subordinates to implement the changes.
