A company named ABS nightline presented a video on IDEO where the task of designing a shopping cart within 5 days was given to the company and they named it as “ The Deep Dive”. It is shown how the task given to the team was completed within given deadline and how effective the results were with innovative solution (Auernhammer & Roth, 2021). While designing the cart the team was concerned about the safety of children, ease of handling and operating it, modularity requirements during shopping and elements of innovation through checkout facilitation.
