Servant-Leadership as a Road to Success
Each human being enjoys a unique personality. Their action, behaviour and outcome are all based on their personalities. Some people are assertive, others are complacent, some are bossy and yet others are caring and understanding. It is perhaps because of this diversity that there are many different leadership theories in practice today. If I were to choose a leadership style, I would probably go for the Servant-Leadership. 
I have always had an understanding personality and I believe I can keep myself in others shoes and think for them. This understanding leads me to believe that helping subordinates reach their personal goals motivates them to accomplish organisational goals. When employees feel that they are in an organisation that cares for them and keeps their interests at heart, they are likely to become loyal and will exert themselves to accomplish difficult outcomes without much supervision.
