The Texas government and the US federal government though seem the same are very different.
Government:
The Texas government gives very limited freedom to the governor and is highly centralized in decision
making. The effect of the Texas constitution paralyses the action that the government can take. The Texas
government is headed by the governor but all powers are in the hands of the Lt. Governor. The US
government is a highly decentralized one affording a range of powers to be used by the government in
tacking the running of the state. The system of checks and balances that is given to it allows for smooth
functioning of the government. The president is head of the presidential form of democracy aided by the
vice president and a host of other members of the senate. The Texas government has seven constitutions
to govern the state. In contrast the US federal government has only 2 constitutions which define the power
