Whether individually or within an organization, people can become trapped in a set way of doing things. This is perhaps because we find comfort in conformity. Thinking outside the box requires seeing things in a way we do not always lean to first. Likewise, we must all keep in mind that we don't always have the answers, and listening to others is a key to success.

Great post! Organizational development is a part of every organization that must happen. I like how you said that it is from the top leaders to the bottom employee Every position within an organization needs to be included in the organizational development along with descriptions of each position. This helps ensure that all parts of the organization are taken care of. With those job position descriptions, the leaders then are able to put together an effective performance management plan.

Hello Christopher, I liked the point which you have pointed out in the very first line. This is true that in an organization people get trapped in the things which they have to do for the organization. The reason behind it has not been correct. It is not solely for the comfort in conformity. Yes obviously it is one of the reasons but there are other reasons as well. The responsibilities, dedication and choice of the work have also become a central issue. I liked the idea that in every part of the work, thinking out of the box has been necessary (Masuch, 2018). The reason behind it is not correct actually. Out of the box thinking has been required to impart an extra attractive outlook for the work which has been assigned for the purpose of the business. It is not always that it has to be learned at first.
