Great post! Organizational development is a part of every organization that must happen. I like how you said that it is from the top leaders to the bottom employee Every position within an organization needs to be included in the organizational development along with descriptions of each position. This helps ensure that all parts of the organization are taken care of. With those job position descriptions, the leaders then are able to put together an effective performance management plan.
