The internal stakeholders of an organisation comprise of the people, who work inside the company and are directly affected by the organisational performance (Ahlan, Kartiwi & Sukmana, 2015). The five most important internal stakeholders of Billabong, along with the interests they have in the company and the ways they affect its business are as follows—
(a) Employees
Employees are those, who are recruited by the company for executing various organisational tasks. Billabong currently has more than 4000 employees (Owler, 2017).
