Lisa’s leadership style is more related to the aggressive and dominant nature. She doesn’t allow people to keep their mind calm in difficult situations by creating pressure on them and also doesn’t encourage people of their capabilities. Amanda’s however leadership style is more supportive and inspires her co-workers for their work and commitment. She likes to encourage the people for their dreams and make them achieve it by embedding positive thoughts in their mind (Antonakis & Day, 2017). Lisa thinks that her decision is right for the company but Amanda on the other way thinks both about the employee and the company’s benefits.
While Lisa’s has less effective traits which a leader can have as she doesn’t try to understand the issue and solve it in a way that will not offend others as well as the work can be done in a very easy manner while, Amanda’s way of doing things shows best leadership traits such as good communicator, Decision making capabilities and also inspiring others. In all the scenarios Amanda’s has shown all the traits that can suffice for a perfect leadership role and has also exhibited people management skills in a very easy communicable way.

Lisa in all the scenario’s is not at all task oriented or people oriented. She didn’t appreciate the work and ideas of the employee neither she kept her calm and process the time in a well manner to complete the work.
