Evaluation of the following 2 projects:- 
1. Match my doll clothing line expansion: 
Match my clothing line is all about having clothing and the accessories for summers.  It is hugely 
popular as the celebrity kids were seen wearing the same. Marcy McAdams who is brand manger 
of line hopes to cash in on the success by including the clothes and the accessories of all 4 
seasons to its already existing clothing line. 
Positives:- 
a) The expansion is already tested and is widely popular. This new line will bring in equal 
profit if not more. 
b) There is familiarity with working of project and company has experience with 
implementation of the part of project.
