Introduction
Introduce the main problem and areas of recommendations
Sky High Real Estate Developers has decided they want to reduce the level of uncertainty in future real estate development projects. From time to time, the nature of investment in real estate by organizations and multinational investors has been mainly focused on direct real estate assets; Because of the potential and the benefits of a large return. While real estate investment is determined both at the time and place, and it has a significant share of capital investment, the ability to provide expected returns to investors is subject to sources that influence uncertainty on expectations. Real Estate Development (RED) can be termed as an entrepreneurial activity that involves some degree of risk and uncertainty (Cheng, Clark and Womack, 2019). In other words, it can be said that risk and uncertainty are an integral part of the investment decision, and the success or failure of the red judgment decision depends on the assessment and management of the underlying risk or uncertainty. Recent developments in real estate business have exace
ated the problem of risk as well as uncertainty in RED, and have increased investor and market sophistication. Given the increasing intelligence of investors and the degree of risk and uncertainty in the real estate market, RED decisions are becoming more complex than the "yes or no" decision criteria. The natural ability to make new decisions at any time for the life of the investor reflects the realities of the present, which are uncertain by their very nature (Geltner, Kumar and Van de Minne, 2018). Evidence from previous studies has shown that traditional methods were not used long ago due to the i
eversible nature of red, the presence of uncertainty, and incomplete information. In addition, the authors postulate that traditional approaches do not always involve realistic valuation of the RED ' stable status, acceptance or rejection of rules, and do not consider other potential investment opportunities in the future.
In second task, approach of the experimental study is selected because this method is used to analyze relation between the independent variables as well as one dependent variable. Allows the study of the model's input variables and actual option values as this method adapts to the research objectives. Then, knowledge of model's specificity can be reducing from study. The case study in this context does not make sense as described by Collis and Hussey in their study of the theory of finding a single event in natural phenomena. This leads to a fine case study fine which has all the necessary inputs.
Collection method
The economic, physical, and political environment, among others, in which Red is located, is subject to the effects that introduce uncertainty at the root of all Red activity. Partners also play a role in influencing the RED in this environment. Therefore, the uncertainty in RED can take different forms and arise from different sources. However, while probability can be used to express the types of uncertainty, the laws of probability cannot be equally applied to all forms of uncertainty (Wolny, 2016). The laws of probability are usually satisfied on the basis of intuitive judgment, especially when the external source is evaluated in the distribution mode. Qualitative research is a great tool for research because it is rich, in-depth study of a relatively focused area. Qualitative approaches seek insight and deep understanding of people's worlds - this is an approach adopt for this research project when we are studying the business of the recession moreover the methods in which it can survive.
Qualitative data can be refe
ed to as 'iterative', meaning that it considers analysis to be a developmental process in which stages of data analysis and data collection are interconnected - rather than one-to-one analysis. Therefore, qualitative research is type of research in which the literature shows that as each economic decline is different; management and strategies methods are constantly changing to adapt the data (Yao and Pretorius, 2014). In qualitative research - that, understands object and collecting data and information that will emerge theories, this will be gather from research. Data publicly available on the company have also been collected to ensure the validity of data provided in the interview. Data will be collected through the interviews, writing and transcripts, notes were also made during the interviews, which could not be taken through physical reactions and recordings through the main language. The semi-structured interviews will be based around my research queries, which answered topics for discussion topics based on literature review, the interviewer had the opportunity to speak freely around the questions and, if they believed, the opportunity to elaborate on some answers (Źróbek-Różańska and Zielińska-Szczepkowska, 2014).
Survey Design
A research design/framework is created as follows; The primary part involves research on background of business throughout the document analysis; second part is the document analysis of the financial...
