Destiny Reeder made some interesting points towards the transformational leadership in discussions such as change agents and role model. Destiny Reeder also said that this leadership style is evolving and for this, the use of Jeff Bezos is also supporting the statement as Jeff uses motivation and intellectual stimulation to get the result and motivate the followers for making to work for the interest of the organization.
