You would like to apply for a summer internship program with Westjet at their Calgary office. The role offered is Management Trainee-Corporate Social Responsibility. Write a direct request email to their HR department asking for more information.
The person in charge for Internship is Joanna Smith, HR Coordinator (fictional).

Quote: Summer Retreat (recommended length: 200 words maximum)
Your previous proposal has been approved. Now, you would like to inquire about the costs for the summer retreat directly with the provider (eg. camping ground, lake cabins). The quotation must include the detailed
eakdowns of the costs and vegetarian meal option for one of the staff. As the provider’s website does not mention corporate bookings, you intend to check if company cheque is accepted as a mode of payment. The quote should include a private outdoor spot reservation for half-day team-building activities.
