Assessment 2A Resource Analysis involves reading widely, researching a topic and preparing a
plan for the academic report you will write for Assessment 2B. The report will draw on the
findings in your Resource Analysis to discuss a communication problem in business and
ecommend a solution.
Choice of topic
Consider the quote below and choose one (1) of the two topics for your resource analysis.
Use your research skills to gather the resources you need to create a PLAN for your
eport. To provide focus for your research, consider using your own organisation where
you work, an existing organisation, or one that you have created.

Uploading your assessment
1. Ensure you have a title page with ALL the information required.
2. Submit a ‘Word’ document only. A pdf file is not acceptable.
3. Upload your assessment to Turnitin first (compulsory) to self-check the similar areas of text
found in your submission.
Hint: Submit to Turnitin at least one day before the due date. This will allow time to revise
your assessment to enhance its quality, check the accuracy of your referencing, co
