Introduction
BNI is one of the most prestigious business networking and referral organizations in Australia, and all over the world. It helps businesses network and gain new customers through referrals. The event that is being looked at in the paper is their Leadership team workshop, aimed at increasing leadership and success in BNI chapters. 
Purpose
The main purpose of the event had been to create leadership capabilities in the individuals, so that they would be able to create a BNI chapter in their own cities. BNI has become a prestigious institution, and many of the members would want to start chapters in their own cities, so that they would be able to gain more benefits from BNI (Australia (AUS), 2019).
