Duracell International opening up plants in China and India can be of great advantage for the firm, some of which are:
· Cheap Labor: Duracell International will have access to cheap labour which will bring down the cost of production
· Better connectivity to the other manufacturers: Because China and India are the hubs of manufacturing the company will have access to other manufacturers with whom they can tie up and start making joint partnerships.
