In order to stand out in the eyes of an employer, the resume must be so structured that it catches the eye instantly. For this, I suggest the following four points-
1- A clear structure and simple and concise language
2- Highlight our unique selling point
3- Include our accomplishments not achievements
4- Tailor our resume to the job
