Professional success depends highly on having quality communication skills. Improving your communication skills is one of the most important career goals you can have. Oral skills can be practiced in all types of professional and social situations (avoid slang use, use proper English, be prepared to support any opinions calmly and rationally). However, written communication skills are more difficult because you must be concerned with how the reader will interpret your words. This is why grammar, spelling, sentence structure, and format are so vital to career success.
Think about someone you know who has been successful.
