Executive Summary
The aim of this project report is to conduct an analysis of a hospitality property and its facilities management procedures. For this project, the Staywell group was taken into consideration, and along with it some of their noteworthy management tactics have also been discussed in this project. The criteria that are to be discussed in this report consists of the importance of the project management followed by the importance of energy and waste management and at last the importance of the WHS management in accordance with the Staywell Group. This project also illustrated the recommendations for each aspects that can lead the company to new heights.

Introduction
The aim of this project report is to conduct an analysis of a hospitality property and its facilities management procedures. For the present study, Staywell Group have been chosen to study about three important criteria of its venue that are based on the hospitality sector. The criteria that are to be discussed in this report consists of the importance of the project management followed by the importance of energy and waste management and at last the importance of the WHS management in accordance with the Staywell Group. The Staywell group is one of the largest group in the hospitality sector all over the Asia-Pacific. They are originally a part of Prince Hotels and Resorts and are well known in Australia for offering guests with good and quality experiences ranging from mid-scale to luxurious lifestyles.
The long-term goal of this organization is to spread out to other parts of Australia followed by New Zealand and other countries of South East Asia, Oceania and as well as all the way to Europe. The strategic goals set by the company is to deliver about 250 properties in these countries within the medium to the long run of the organization (Tung, 2014). Staywell group is also associated with two other groups for strategic purposes related to their business. These organizations are namely The Manhattan Hotel Group in China and The Cristal Group from the Middle East.
Findings
The importance of Project Management
Project management can be considered to be a very powerful and advantageous business tool for organizations of all sizes. It provides with repeatable techniques, processes and guidelines for the organizations making it easier for them to manage the employees as well as also to control the amount of work involved in participated projects. It also helps in increasing the success rate of the organization by helping to complete and deliver the projects efficiently and consistently in the allotted budget and time limit (Cheng, 2018). The advantage of Staywell Group for complying with project management is that it would help them to manage projects effectively and efficiently. Also, it would enable them to resolve any problem that may arise very quickly. Furthermore, Staywell Group can also advantage from project management in the following ways:
· Improve the chances of attaining the desired targets set previously.
· Prioritising of the business resources and to make sure they are put to use efficiently.
· To gain a fresh perspective on the project and to fit it with the business strategy of Staywell Group.
· Setting up of the budget, scope and schedule of the project accurately from the beginning.
· Improving the quality of the work and also the productivity of the work.
· Encouraging constant communication between the staffs, clients and suppliers.
· Staying on schedule as well as keeping the costs and resources to the decided budget.
· Eliminate the risks of the failure of the project.
· Satisfying the different needs of the stakeholders related to the project.
· Boosting the bottom line of Staywell Group by gaining a competitive advantage.
· Increase in customer satisfaction in favour of the Staywell Group.
From inconsistency to lost time and not having an adequate process for managing the projects may lead to poor performance, wasted money and lost time (Lai & Choi, 2015). Project management helps in eradicating losses of organizations due to these factors. Project management also helps to oversee the organising, planning and implementation of a project. Any project undertaken by the Staywell group would be a temporary effort that would be defined in the following stages:
· Scope- This consists of the size, goals and the requirements of the organization out of the project.
· Resources- This consists of the employees of the organization and the equipment and materials required in order to finish any given project.
