Assessment Instructions Students will individually write a Report based on a
world famous hospitality venue in Australia. It cannot
e Barangaroo. Critically evaluate THREE of the
following six criteria;
1) The importance of sound architectural design and
construction.
2) Feasibility and execution of Capital Works
programmes.
3) The importance of Project Management.
4) The importance of energy efficiency and waste
management.
5) The importance of WHS management.
6) Integration of u
an development and public spaces.
This Assessment is individual and contributes 25% to
the final mark for the course. The word count guide is
2,000 words excluding Appendices and References
ut inclusive of quotations. Times New Roman 12
point font and 1.5 line spacing. APA referencing.
