Background information
Qatar airways, a Middle East organisation headquartered in Doha is selected providing airline services covering more than 150 international destinations across Africa, South Asia, Middle East, North America, and many more. It is currently employed more than 40,000 people and considered as one of the renowned and growing airline in Middle East. In the initial years of incorporation, Qatar airways are owned and regulated by private players (Qatar Airways declares profit breakthrough roll on IPO, 2010). 
However, government has participated in 1997 and made Qatar airway a state owned flag carrier. The audit findings conducted by Skytrax in 2015 showed that travelling mechanism and mode of Qatar Airways has reached to new heights as it has initiated and expanded airline operations in different corners of the world. The good workforce size and integrated coverage of travelling destinations enabled Qatar airways in paving strong growth pathways and development arenas. Presently, Qatar airways are operating through various subsidiaries evidencing expanded pace of Qatar airways (Airline Industry, 2010). 
Reason for selecting quality program
Quality programs are understood as activities or phenomenon adopted by business firms for pursuing and according new growth heights in present and coming time. There are several kinds of quality programs, such as modification or improving in-flight and other services, adjustments in flight fares and other charges, etc. The main purpose of quality programs is to foster the pace of continuous improvement in flight operations and other services.
