Newer methodologies and the technologies are producing data that are difficult to keep track with, hence companies have so much data that they produce that they do not understand which one’s to process.( Burton, R. There are basic 4 steps that every organization should do for knowledge management
1. Develop Networks that are coordinated
What is the knowledge required for? The knowledge is required to develop certain data models that can be utilised to take the right decisions. We ask questions and the first thing that we want is to get the answers
2. Establish a community of practice
Search an alternative source of information. Develop ties with coaches, trainers etc. you can then understand who likes to read, who likes to coach etc.
