Introduction – Susan Anthony was an activist who fought for women’s voting rights. Women
were not allowed to vote in United States of America in 1800’s. Susan Anthony however went to
cast her vote in the presidential elections of 1872, for which she was fined 100$ as it was illegal
for women to vote.
