It is very important to have clear and concise supplier requirement in order to implement new
system.
System should allow suppliers to raise bill and keep all documents including transmittal to
help supplier
It should allow supplier to actively bid for orders and keep track of orders assigned to them
Finally system should allow supplier to reduce paper work in order to receive their payments
Factors which should be considered while making make or buy decision are
