	People with Autism Spectrum Disorder (ASD) find a major difficulty in acquiring a proper employment for themselves, where they can channelize their skills as well as all their specific needs are met simultaneously (Hensel, 2017). I own a small business, where increasingly, I am having to deal with recruiting people belonging to a variety of categories such as those having physical, mental or speech disabilities. 
However, I have often noticed that autistic adults either avoid appearing for the personal interviews or even if they do, they face issues in communicating with the interviewers or expressing their ideas of business.
