Overview of your task

For your third assessment first, you need to conduct a literature review which involves reviewing, evaluating, and synthesising sources to gain an overview of the area you are reviewing. For our purposes we are looking at the area of project leadership and we define 3 specific research questions for you to address (choose one out of the three). Note that literature reviews can take different forms, and in this context, the primary objective of the literature review is to present an argument, a clear articulation of your arguments to the research question based on a review of the relevant literature.
Your goal is to write a review that clearly describes the research question and summarises previous related works. On the basis of this review you are to present an argument that is a clear articulation of your own position in relation to the literature.

You will be provided a choice of 3 research questions as follows and must select ONE of them.
1. What factors may contribute to effective and ineffective leadership in projects?
Structuring your report
Your report should be structured as follows (with your literature sources integrated into the text and argument):
· Title page with mention of the chosen research question, your name and student ID
· Abstract (a concise summary of your paper that helps the reader understand why the paper has been written)
· Introduction: Background and Key concepts of the chosen topic
· Body: Literature Review on the topic (analysis, arguments for and against in the cu

This discussion shall contribute to an effective understanding of the factors that affect the effectiveness and ineffectiveness of leadership in project management. This effectively contributed toward the understanding of the relevant issues in terms of understanding the role of leadership in project management and how these aspects of leadership are inherently influenced by several factors. It has also provided a
ief discussion about the literary aspects in terms of understanding the leadership competencies and the effective factors that influence the leadership issues in the organization and inherently guides the entire discussion with the relevant issues that are related to the success of the project. It is effective to consider the relevant aspects that are crucial in terms of understanding the leadership aspects and those aspects that influence effective leadership in the organization. Effective leadership is an important factor for the success of the organization and its operation. In the theoretical context, it has been contemplated that the success of the organization is effectively co

Studies have also revealed that the effectiveness project and the success of the project depend upon effective leadership and this applies to almost all organizations or projects.
Effective leaders are able to influence the operation within the organization under a unified theoretical and intellectual um
ella which has an effective influence on organizational success. In a more contemplated scenario, it is adequate to consider the factors that influence effective and ineffective leadership in the project. Numerous literatures have contributed to cohesive studies regarding the effectiveness of leadership management in organizational success. This discussion shall contribute towards a robust development of a literary understanding regarding the factors that have a concrete influence on the Effective and ineffective contacts of leadership in project management. As it is obvious that leaders play an important role in the managerial and the organization's project management this shall contribute towards the understanding of the effectiveness of the leadership that will help the project to be successful and avoid the ineffective prospects of the leadership in order to avoid the failure of the project.
Role of Leadership in Project Management
Literature has contributed towards the understanding of the role of leadership in the project that incorporates a wide range of activities along with the aspects of effective planning, task coordination, overseeing the project, inspiring and motivating the team members, and making effective decisions that enhance the success of the project. As indicated by several theories leadership is an important context that ensures the success of the project. Besides contemplating the entire team and boosting confidence it effectively enhances the efficiency and increases the effectiveness of the key project management.
Leadership in project management develops strong interpersonal skills that enhance the communication skills with the stakeholders which develops the aspects of leading from the front. Leaders in the project work effectively to uplift the energy of the team members and create an optimistic attitude which is an important context of the leadership aspect. It is effective that leaders must contribute toward building the team's confidence in a severe crisis that enhances the confidence of the team members when they are facing a critical problem and finding an effective solution (Purwanto et al., 2019). There are certain aspects that are important in the behavior of the leaders such that it is important in achieving the success of the project and turns out to be an important context of effective leadership. aces the aspect of honesty with an immediate context of ethical guidelines and promotes transparency in communication ensures the practical success of the project management.
The effective decision-making skills of the leader are also a necessary action to streamline the process and fix the problems which enhance the leader's ability to make an informed decision and this serves to be one of the key roles in effective project management. Hence, it is adequate to contribute to the context of the project management with a more relevant factor that influences the operations within the project and is responsible for the contextual success of the project (Hai et al., 2020). Leaders in the project have an effective responsibility that contributes toward success over failure with an inherent understanding of the entire scenario and effectively designing the functions and operations that are relevant to achieving the prospective goals of the organization and the achieving the success. Leaders contribute toward the gradual development of effective policies that influence the relevant factors relating to the organizational success and success of the project.
