The event is intended to Mr. Smith, who has donated over $1,000,000 to UNLV's Hospitality program as is under consideration to have a space in Hospitality Hall named after him. The guests will arrive at 6 PM for a stand up cocktail reception, followed by a seated 90-minute dinner and recognition event honoring Smith. Mr. Smith is also scheduled to speak to the guests.

Guests and Mr. Smith were advised in advance that face coverings are required for entry to the event and must be worn at all times except to eat or drink. Several guests begin arriving at 6:30 and are greeted by students from the prestigious TCA 490 capstone class. Shortly after 6:30, the guest of honor Mr. Smith arrives without a mask. As he proceeds to enter the event venue, one of the students politely asks if Mr. Smith needed a face covering. Mr. Smith replied, "I don't have one and I'm not wearing one", whereupon he entered the cocktail area and headed for the bar. The student comes to you in a panic and asks what you want think should be done.

The activity of Mr. Smith not wearing facemasks can be proved a dangerous situation. That may increase the risk of COVID 19 to Mr. Smith and other students who came in close contact with him. The use process of safety measurements is the significant step that everyone should maintain in their daily life schedule. Without the use of safety measurements such as facemask, sanitizers and hand gloves, no one can reduce the risk of COVID 19. Based on the reports, it is observed that the impact of the infectious virus such as COVID 19 is widely spread in the global world (Chua, Lee, Sulaiman & Tan, 2020). It causes several deaths across the globe.
