This is the whole concept of this podcast, the adaptation. The purpose of this podcast was to investigate if thankfulness can truly make a person happy and this is what we have learnt through his journey. As a result, in his book, "Thanks a Thousand," which he discussed in the podcast, Jacobs’ describes his effort to thank everyone who had the tiniest role in preparing his morning coffee.
