List the reasons/benefits that you could say to the physician to join your Staff Model HMO. 
Managed care organizations means; such organizations which try to integrate the financing and delivery of medical care. Their overall aim is to ensure excellent medical care services within a fixed budget to a registered population. Out of standard models of managed care one is; Staff-Model HMO which is also followed by my organization (Schlesinger, 1987).  
As, a health care organization cannot be established without physicians hence; I would also try to appoint talented people as my team members. To solve the purpose, I would tell them that our Staff Model HMO can prove to be best option for them in this economy as; we offer a reasonably consistent and standard compensation (as well as incentive bonus based on productivity and patient satisfaction) to physicians for limited duty hours (Kerstein et al., 1994).  
In addition, I would define that,
