Organisational leadership is a part of business management related to meeting the challenges, goals and objectives of the organisation on the whole as well as of the employees. In academics organisational leadership is a multidisciplinary field of academic study which will enable me to focus on leadership in the context of the organisation I will be working for as well as it will help me to influence the human resources available within the organisation as well as to recruit human resources which may be the best fit for position available. This course shall help me to gain knowledge about several academic fields such as social sciences, humanities as well as practical and professional fields of study. 
	Pursuing a degree in organisational leadership from the prestigious University of North Arizona will assist me to be an efficient leader and an efficient manager. This program will help me to learn graduate level skills that will assist me in achieving my professional and personal goals.
