Introduction
	The provided article by Valdata (2006) has been presented as a case study of the Deganawidah-Quetzalcoatl (D-Q) University that had shut down in the summer of 2005 as a result of providing education to students from federally non-recognized tribes in the US, along with the federally recognized ones. After this shutdown, the Alma matar was reopened by Arthur Apodaca, who was its co-founder. Hence, this paper aims to identify the issues that have been highlighted in the case study presented in the article, along with analyzing them, so that a suitable leadership approach could be suggested that could help the college to run without facing any further hassles. 
1. Issues presented in the case study
	The D-Q University is the only college in the US that aims to provide education to the tribal indigenous groups of the people in the US. The college does not regard if the students are federally recognized under the US federal government or not, and has been operating with this philosophy as a college to two-year program in education, for the last 30 years. However, this is where the issue occurred, as according to the rule in the US federal government, education services cannot be provided to the students, who are not federally recognized on the tribal background under the governmental norms (Valdata, 2006).
	As a result of this non-compliance with the regulations of the government, the D-Q University had to face a shutdown of their college. Apart from the non-compliance, there were also issues of the Chicano men plotting the Mexican students against the Indian students, which led to a major fall apart between the two category of students, thus, leading on to a massive rift between them. This is a major issue because as stated by Hogg (2016), the issue of social discrimination cannot be neglected at any way, if an organization is to be operated in a harmonious way.
