Which delivery system would you choose if the following was the main driver or characteristic of the project. Why? (Answers should be short paragraphs) 1) Renovation with few trades: IBM is doing a renovation to their plant in Colorado. The work general involves only a few trades (mechanical and electrical). IBM has an in-house staff devoted to project management.

This system is shown in figure below
The recommended delivery system is Multi-Prime (MP) because IBM has enough project
management staff, so they can coordinate further with different contractors and also there
is work for few trades only. So overall good control of owner would be there.
