I think the best idea will be to use a pressure cooker. This is due to the fact that the atmospheric 
pressure is low, hence the  boiling point is low. It is better to use an electrically operated stove then 
a burner because no oxygen is available at space.Although its recommended that a burner can be 
used with less amount of oxygen
It would be better to make a research about the atmosphere in a planet like Mars and its other 
characteristics like altitude
