In this aspect, it can be noted that the patients are human beings and the cars are only a structure that is made of metals. Therefore it also can be mentioned that the patients have their personal feeling  and that also can feel the issues that are affecting their health but on the other hand the cars have no emotions and they also have not any feelings and for this the treatment process, as well as the management process of the cars and patients, should not be same (Hitt, Xu & Carnes, 2016). Furthermore, the health care organizations should not apply those management tools that are already used by car manufacturing companies in cases of the service process.
