Cialdini's Six Principles of Persuation 
Robert Cialdini formulated and talked about 6 factors that have a role to play in the decisions people make. These factors can be used by companies to attract customers towards their products by making them appear more appealing. The six factors include (Cialdini & Sagarin, 2005)-
· Reciprocity - The desire of humans to give back what they get and create a balance. While making a purchase, customers want to be assured that they have invested their money properly for buying a product, that it is worth the money.  
· Scarcity - Being available only in a scarce number makes a product more attractive to the customers, they are often persuaded to buy the products because the product will not be available in the future anymore.
