- Meets the definition of a project per Project Management Institute (PMI)


- At least 5-10 people that would work on it


- Project that if done would take 6 months or more to complete


- Must use traditional (or Waterfall) methodology (No Agile methodology)


- Lend itself to a Project Management Plan (like the approach that you did for PMGT 510 and a schedule that you did for PMGT 540)
