Assignment        1

1. Direct Lighting System: It emits light in the range of 90 to 100% directly on the surface of plane. Generally used, for typical illumination of rooms and public spaces.
2. Semi-direct: In this case, 60 to 90% lighting goes in downward direction. At the same time near about 40 to 10% is directed upwards. It provides generally a good illumination with
ightness in moderate range.
3. Indirect: In this case, 90 to 100% of the light is directed upwards and in this case, ceiling is used as a reflector and helps the light to bounce. This type of setting often results in low contrast environment and cast many shadows (Smith, 2018).
4. Semi-direct: In this case, 60 to 90% of the light is directed upwards and about 40 to 10 percent downwards. Thus it helps the ceiling to get more prominence.
5. General diffuse: It provides more or less equal proportion of light in both directs upwards and downwards. Thus, this setting illuminates both the lower and upper horizontal planes. In a typical setting, this type of luminaire consists of a translucent fixture that is suspended from a certain height.
2. The progression of fire:
When some sort of combustible fuel chemically reacts with oxygen, the process results in ignition of fire. For the fire to ignite or progress, it is vital for the fuel to get heated to the...
