Now the world of work has changed. We used to work as part of the process whether into an assembly line, managing with customers or clients or any one of the thousands of the processes that are ongoing and never have the ending (SUDHANA, 2016). There are some of the jobs which are process focused; any task which has differentiated beginning and ending or follows a specific life cycle is a project.
Being a constructive member of the team we follow some steps or ways to make our work successful.
1. Understand the end goal: It is important first to understand the end result first.
2. Identify the clear roles: Knowing your role and make other know their roles so that clear accountability will be given.
3. Collaboration: Once you understand the project you should collaborate with the work with others work.
4. Recognizing interdependencies: If the project is big more people are linked and more people are interdependent.
