Introduction
A leader is one, who knows the way, goes the way and shows the way. Leadership is all about the vision and the responsibility, not the power. Leading through Communication

Through this paper and with the help of the subject guide the author expresses the basic qualities a leader should have while leading a team. Successful leadership in early childhood is totally a matter of communication as the pedagogical activities are based on the building blocks of communication and interpersonal relationship. Therefore, the leader of the team should posses’ certain basic qualities such as gratitude, showing empathy, managing the conflict, practicing the emotional intelligence, encouraging the team with inspirations activities and many more. Soft-spoken person is needed to communicate gently with the team members, thereby building a trust worthy relationship with them. Generating self-awareness is highly praiseworthy quality that should be there in a leader in order to protect the team from diverse circumstances.
Communication should be purposely used by the leader to inspire and motivate other within the team. Communication skill should undergo with active listening and understanding of the saying of team members. Communication should be done effectively as well as influentially in order to deal with emotional intelligence as well as the conflict management. Early childhood services are the service for people where the business is supposing to provide the quality learning opportunities as well as education for the young children by understanding their families, expectation, requirements, circumstances, supporting and protecting them in case of child-rearing and employing available in human resource.
In order to serve all these purposes communication is highly required. Emotional intelligent leaders tactfully and genuinely deal with personal biases. They possess resources and skills for flexible responses by overcoming the challenges and managing the personal feeling while communicating in workplace.
