It has been seen that the user friendly service that is provided from the food delivery application that take service and process the order the moment the order is placed. This trend has now become popular because of the spending power of the millennial has now able to do avail these services, which has led to the formation of many companies that provide instant delivery, one step checkout and the many more services. Ready foods provide the similar kind of service with their expertise menu and that consistently keep their quality as to provide fresh recipes to foodservice outlets. Further the company offers services to restaurants, healthcare facilities, community and recreational centers, educational institution, catering, hotels, events and many more (Ready Foods, 2020). Further the business is operating from the last 45 years by offering traditional recipes to the customers. Prabowo and Nugroho (2019) have further added that around 55 percent of the US adults prefer an easier food delivery platform and that allows the customer to place order through social media, virtual assistants and smart devices and so on. Thus this can show the global spread of the food delivery service.
2. Process of Building the Business and Justifying its Type
Around the world there are many food delivery services that generally operate through the region based portal. Alves (2019) has discussed that the portals range from the big ones that have a nation or the continent based presence and that caters the population of the single state or region through their delivery service. Therefore companies have now formed different kinds of models that can be adopted to build the food delivery service and through the adoption of the model the services can be provided.
