1.0    INTRODUCTION
Our main objective in this report we discuss about the experienced to gained over the internship .in internship we learn how to do the work and improve the knowledge.
I do the internship programme in an ADCO Constructions company. I am very thankful the company they has given me the opportunity to work with company. This is Established in 1972 and it approx. completed the project over 3500 projects. Ga

y as a junior engineer, my responsibilities is preparing, planning and submitting documentations for projects, reviewing plans, cost estimating, laying reinforcement . In this internship I gained knowledge about the civil engineering workplace and environment. In the internship would help to learn to be a better thinker and planner. I would use the studies and other application in internship. The internship helps to improve my technical skills.
1.1 How I Secured My Internship – SLO7
It very difficult for me because I was not able to my internship .I faced lot of problem and realize that it’s very hard . When I started to search for internship and did countless attempts and failed. I did search internship through the website. I talked to my relative and said please give me reference for intern. After several weeks of waiting I got the opportunity to work this company.
1.2 My experience as an employee (or participant in the workforce)

As an intern I had feel there is a lot of task. Initial I feel dreading and could not understand the work because it different from class knowledge. After few days I have enjoyed my work and take a responsibility to complex task and it help to develop the skill and knowledge in Construction Company. In internship program my site engineer has given the list of task to perform by me .in study time we have designed the pad footings, beam columns, reinforced concrete slabs and retaining walls etc.
In internship program we had not designed to pad footings, beam columns, reinforced concrete slabs, and retaining walls etc. In internship, we had not design the diagram. I will also discuss how I came to obtaining these internships and my career prospective. This task is given below.
I assist my senior to prepare and submit required documentation for the development of the project.
In the internship I did the work as a junior engineer, understanding the procedures of development.

1.3 My experience as an intern
As an intern my work is analysed a manufacturing plant project. My role is working as a junior engineer for a project that our company has recently own through a competitive bidding. The winning bid amount was AUD 5.4 million. They provide us contract information about the project as given below:
The contract includes the following provisions:
x = 0.5 *(first digit of your group number + second digit of your group number + 4) rounded up to the nearest integer.
X = 0.5*(7+ 5 + 4)
X=8
Y = 0.5 *(first digit of your group number + second digit of your group number + 2) rounded up to the nearest integer.
Y=0.5*(7+5+2)
X=7
A penalty of AUD 300,000 is applicable if your company fails to meet the deadline. Our company is a construction company. Company has won the bid amount 5.4 million. The client wants to build a manufacturing plant. Company has time frame is given for project completion is 40 week. If we would not completion the project in given time frame, in that condition company pay the penalty 300,000. There are already given the formula. According to this formula we can’t take the X=7 so we put the value x=7. We use the formula and calculate the days. With the help of CPM we calculate week how much time is required for completion the project. We will require 118week in completion the task.
According to company we should finish the project in 96 week
We complete the task in 118week
Company given the time frame=96week
22 week is more required to completion the task
If we use the crashed activity than we find out that we reduce only 17 week
This will impact on our good reputation and we penalties for the project delay the penalty cost is $3,00000. As a project manager my suggestion is need to increase resources that will help to finish the under given time frame and our reputation is not let down .The company will be rewarded by $1,50000 so our company profit will be increase and we will earn good reputation.
