Carlos,  is a 12 year old male residing with his mother Yvette and 2 younger siblings. Yvette is an immigrant, employed and can speak little English.  Carlo’s father is incarcerated. Carlo’s cared by his grandmother(Rosa), when his mother is at work. Grandmother has diabetes and memory issues. 
Observations
Carlos school life is in trouble, suspended for involved in fighting. Grades started declining as well. 
The case is of carlos – proivided with the familiy background and the current issues of focus needing social interventions.
