The Client and the Problem at Hand
My client could be a construction company, for whom, we are supposed to undertake provide solutions so that they can complete their construction projects through proper implementation of effective project management principles. The key problem that they might encounter can be meeting the targeted milestones of the project within the mentioned deadlines, which we would have to investigate. According to Padalkar and Gopinath (2016), the most important and vexing issue that most of the construction companies face, is to deal with time management. They might have multiple projects at hand, which is why tackling the steps of each of the projects become difficult. Hence, as consultants, we might have to look in to the ways, in which they can manage their timelines, without skipping any step or doing anything wrong.
