· Draw up class lists of learners attending and allocate 6 learners to each staff member attending.
21 Septembe
· Draw up an itinerary and make photocopies and send to parents.
23 Septembe
· Develop activity for during the excursion. (Checklist)
· Develop activity for post excursion. (Work card)
25 Septembe
· Confirm booking for observatory and bus booking.
· Double check consent forms and money collected to make sure all is in order.

8:15 - learners lead off in their groups to bus stop.
8:20 - learners enter the bus and are seated according to their groups. (register is taken of all learners entering the bus.)
