A person involved in the delivery of a service program assumes wide range roles and responsibilities. At the outset, individual involved in the delivery of a service program needs to perform role of coordinator like answering queries, processing paperwork, including preparing list of people availing services, deciding place of delivery of service program, filing admission forms and discharge forms, etc. This person performs the role of coordinator through acting as a liaison between leaders formulated service program and individuals availing service (Christian, 2012).
Both the entities are handled and coordinated by individual engaged in the delivery of service program. The purpose, vision and overall objective behind developing service program are communicated by this person to the users and their queries and confusions are also solved by him.
