In my personal opinion risk is nothing but the fear of uncertainly of an action, which makes it evident that I agree with the view propagated by Frederick Wilcox, according to whom ‘Progress always involves risk; you can't steal second base and keep your foot on first base’. It is evident that everything changes and there is risk all the time, hidden behind uncertainty and it is the uncertainty that makes progress hindered and undermined.
