  1. Select a city that you would like to visit after college graduation.Give the name of the city, the country, and the month that you would like to visit.
  2. Go to the Weather Underground home page (wunderground.com). Enter the city and select the correct city and country. Clicking on the History link (and the monthly tab) will provide a page where you can enter any date, then click View and get the historical information for that day.Scroll down to see and collect the daily maximum temperature values (in degrees Fahrenheit) during 2019 for the entire month that you selected in step #1.
  3. Compute the mean, median, mode, and population standard deviation and population variance of the daily maximum temperature values collected.
  4. Create a frequency distribution and a relative frequency distribution using a minimum of 6 classes and a maximum of 12 classes.
  5. Create a histogram using the frequency distribution table created in step #4.
  6. Determine if there are any outliers in the dataset.
  7. Construct a 90% confidence for the mean maximum temperature of the city.

Special Instructions

  1. The report must include the maximum daily temperatures collected for the entire month.
  2. Use graph paper or software (such as Excel) to create the histogram.No free hand drawing.Use a straight edge.You can create the graphs in Excel and copy and paste to Word.
