Introduction
This assignment deals with the concepts and theories to the analysis of the leadership process and approach. In this assignment, it has been discussed about a very famous leader. The leaders’ achievements and the processes of the leadership approach is being discussed in this assignment. This study is done to give a clear idea of the analysis of the leaders and gives a look into the theories that are being practiced by the leaders. Jeff Bezos is the CEO of the huge company Amazon. Amazon is a world famous online company that deals with the e-commerce goods and services. The founder Jeff Bezos has been following effective styles of leadership to run the business on a huge scale.
The first style that is being followed by Jeff Bezos is The Transformational Theory of Leadership. According to Anderson and Sun (2017), in the transformational theory of the leadership team leaders works with the team as a member and tends to identify the needed change and create a vision to guide the change. In the transformational form of leadership the leaders work with the team members for better productivity (Andersen, 2015). In Amazon, Jeff Bezos has followed this theory, where he has worked with all the team members that help the company to run smoothly on such a huge scale. Without the coordination and the identification of the needed change in the company by the leader, it is almost impossible for the company to run such a huge prospect.
