Credit Solution of America (CSA) is a debt settlement company which initiated system of engaging in debt relief through forcing creditors for reducing of customer’s debt. The stakeholders, which, were affected by the decision of Credit Solution of America (CSA) are the customers, employees, and creditors. According to Carneiro, Figueira and Costa (2017), CSA works mostly with the customers having unsecured debt which is backed by any asset like car, home or stock market share. The creditors are able to reclaim when the customers and unable to repay the debt. The most important form of the unsecured debt is the debt of credit card.
This debt has been, due to, the customer paying through credit card to purchase goods or services and not adding sum to credit balance. There is no repay and the monthly payments could not be afforded any further. The need for minimum six thousand dollars is required to become the customer of CSA.
CSA maintains high ethical standard for its stakeholders. The customer is the main driving force of the CSA business. Customers are treated with respect and every assistance and guidance in support of debt settlement is provided to them.
Employees like marketers, sales people and other staffs are given adequate training and support to understand the procedures of how the debt settlement in CSA takes place. There are suitable career scope and milestones set to attain objectives for employees.
Creditors told to lower the debt of customers and they are given helpful resource and scope to work as mutual clients in CSA.

The complaints which are made by customers and others which could have been the outcome of the misunderstanding of how CSA ca
