    The main and the very important social problem nowadays is the health related issues of vulnerable population. Apart from financial risk protection health protection is indeed very important. The structure of health coverage should be such that everyone should get access to the health services i

    There are several kinds of ba
iers that exclude some groups of society from the access of health and social services. Ba
iers does not allow vulnerable population to participate in economic activities and policies making. Some diseases like HIV/AIDS and tuberculosis and attributes such as caste, race, gender and origin are some of the reason why the population are excluded. According to the publication of “American Public Health Association” a set of psychological and social health problems have also an adverse effect on increasing HIV risk among men having sex with same gender which is commonly known as MSM. One of the unforeseen health consequences which is affecting the population as a whole is HIV/AIDS. The extent of this MSM involvement leads to other hazardous psychological and social health problems has often increased it may create a huge social problem which impact society and the population as a whole.
