It is your opportunity to demonstrate your understanding of SM concepts and your ability to apply the principles and theories to a real situation in Saudi Arabia. You must work with the information that is provided in the (Official Document) of Saudi Vision2030. Any supplemental information you use, eg., from the web, must be for the program in which the review was written about and not from other i
elative programs.
The information sources you will need for this assignment are books, journals, your textbook and Official Document) of Saudi Vision2030. As an organization competes in the business market, and refines one or multiple aspects of business, attaining a standard that other organizations cannot achieve, gives the specific organization the ability to go ahead other organizations and the get the benefit of being the exclusive organization to have the highest standard of that specific aspect of business. As mentioned by Camio, Romero, Alvarez and Rebori (2018), distinctive capabilities alongside providing organizations with the benefit of being the best in certain aspects of business also provide organizations with reputation in business, which generates scope for further profiting.
As seen in the context of the range of twelve programs that are parts of Saudi Vision 2030, it is seen that Quality of Life program does have the ability to surpass other programs. The Quality of Life program is aimed at improving the living standards of people living in Saudi Arabia and the ambitious program therefore incorporates several vital aspects including economic, healthcare, food and infrastructure as well as transport, which makes it far more complex and aspect basis versatile than the remaining projects.
