	The core value of the SkyCity is to provide a casino entertainment option for its customers. The hotel chain takes responsibility for the promotion of gaming and safe consumption of alcohol (Leung, & Gray, 2016). These values are at the core of the business for the company. Among other core values for the company, it aims to offer great and a safe place to work for the employees, and always put the customer first and be the responsible leader in the community. these major core values drive the company to create and good working environment, always deliver to the needs of the customers and be responsible with every  step taken so as to create a model for others in the community
3.1.2 Analysis of the role of Core values in Decision-making process
	The core values also influence the decision-making process. The decisions of the company largely are guided through the concept of providing safe and responsible gaming and entertainment options for the customers (Gürel& Tat, 2017). The core objective of providing a safe and great environment for the employees governs the decision-making process internally. Other than this ethical decision is governed by the core principle of being responsible to the community and to put the customers at the forefront. These values help in improving the operation performance yet remaining true to the core values of the company and have diversified growth in the business.  The polices of having better workplace environment suggests that the company takes care of its employees wellbeing and has a good human resource system in place. The second core value of putting the customer first is in line with the objectives of providing best infrastructure to the customers and takes decision based on the need of the customers and the market. The leadership role value that the company has set for it sets its decision making process of choosing the best and ethical ways to perform business that can further inspire others.
