● We are in a fast scaling R&D, onboarding dozens of people every month, and OutSystems needs to
improve the Agile maturity of teams
● Team Leads are overwhelmed playing the role of PO (which have just been introduced to the
teams), Scrum Master, People Manager and sometimes Tech Leads
● You started working in a team in order to help them improve
● You have a dashboard of metrics that were withdrawn from the team for the assessment
● Team is under a big pressure to deliver a strategic initiative which is already 6 months delayed
